I’ve spent more than 25 years building products at companies like ServiceNow, FICO, and Intuit. I co-founded NewRocket and lead all of its operations.
I build and use AI tools in my own businesses every day. Apptivity is how I help other teams do the same, starting with the work they already do instead of a big AI program.

What happens on the free consultation?
It’s a 30-minute video call. You tell me how your team spends its week, I ask a lot of questions, and we find one or two places where AI could save real time. You’ll leave with a starting point either way.
Do we need a big budget to get started?
No. A lot of first wins come from tools you already pay for, set up properly. Workshops and templates are the lowest-cost way in, and we only talk about custom work when it’s clearly worth it.
Why Claude? Do you work with other AI tools?
Claude is what I use most because it’s strong at writing, following detailed instructions, and connecting to the tools teams already use. I work with other tools too, and if something else fits your situation better, I’ll tell you.
Do you build custom software, or use tools we already have?
Existing tools first. If something you already use can do the job, I’ll help you set it up. I only build custom when nothing simpler will work.
How do you handle our data and our clients’ data?
Before anything gets connected, I walk you through how each tool stores and uses your data. Then we choose the plans and settings that fit your security needs and your client agreements.
